Rachel Nama

Rachel is a California native, born and raised in Orange County. She is a classically-trained chef, graduating with honors in 2017 from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, CO. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of kitchens including non-profits, food trucks, resorts, catering, and family style restaurants. While in Colorado she co-opened three restaurants, won the best dessert of Denver award for her cheesecake two years in a row, and personally prepared meals for Celebrities like Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. Her desserts and cakes have also been featured in Bridal magazine and various food blogs around Orange County. Rachel loves cooking many different cuisines, however her favorite dishes to prepare are always the dishes that bring back happy memories for clients. Rachels passion for preparing memorable meals goes hand in hand with her desire to inspire healing in those battling addictions. She thrives on providing nutritious, balanced, and fun meals for clients, and makes sure that everyone has a seat at the table. In her free time, you can find her singing along poorly to Led Zeppelin and making faces with her Pit Bull, Oreo, who has just as much personality as the food.
